This Edwardian era antique embroidered white linen crochet lace long coat jacket dates from 1910. It is made of a white fine quality linen fabric, with raised padded satin stitch embroidery work and crochet lace trim medallion inserts. There is a floral vine leaf, polka dot and ribbon bow embroidered design. This lovely linen lace jacket is loose fitting, has a long mid length style, with a peter pan collar, long sleeves with flared scalloped edge cuffs, and 3 large mother of pearl buttons down the front for closure. The jacket measures 35 inches long, with 44 inch hips, a 40 inch waist, 44 inch bust, 15 inch back and 25 inch long sleeves. It is in good wearable condition, with some slight fraying around the back fold of the collar, a small mend along the inside neckline and a few tiny pin holes scattered.
