This Art Deco vintage floral black silk voided velvet bias cut dress dates from the 1930s. It is made of a black sheer silk chiffon voided cut velvet fabric, with an Art Deco abstract floral pattern design. There is an ecru cream color lace trim dickey insert sewn inside the front neckline. This beautiful bias cut loose fitting dress has a plunging V neckline, long full tapered sleeves with a cutaway opening along the shoulders and side hook & eye closures. It is lined on the front top only, the back and skirt are sheer unlined. There is a made under dress code authority EFC 21725 tag sewn inside. The dress measures 55 inches long, with 44 inch hips, a 38 inch waist, 42 inch bust and 15 inch back. It is in good wearable condition, with only 2 small frayed holes on the shoulder sleeve and a tiny pin hole on the inside lace neckline.
