This vintage Art Deco silk embroidered orchid flower piano shawl fringe robe coat dates from the 1920s. It is made of black silk, with yellow, pink and green embroidered lace tiered flowers and orchid on the back. There is black silk hand knotted fringe trim edging sewn around the bottom. This lovely loose fitting kimono robe style coat has long full sleeves and an open front with no closure. The robe measures 47 inches long, with 60 inch hips, waist and a 48 inch bust. It is in good wearable condition, with only some slight faint fade discoloration along one sleeve. This is a wonderful piece of wearable Art Deco textile art which could easily be worn out today!
