This antique Victorian era quilted navy blue wool winter petticoat skirt dates from the 1890s. It is made of a dark navy blue wool fabric, with a textured silk fleck brocade pattern and quilted stitching. This wonderful winter petticoat skirt has a khaki green striped cotton twill trim waistband with tie back closure, is fully lined and has a trimmed bottom dust ruffle hemline lining inside. The petticoat measures 40 inches long, with a 26 inch adjustable waist. It is in good wearable condition, with only two tiny moth nip holes. This is a beautiful piece of wearable art!
