This vintage Edwardian era ecru raw silk embroidered Arts & Crafts belted blouse jacket dates from 1910. It is made of a beige ecru color raw silk fabric, with black soutache embroidery work done in an Arts & Crafts geometric design. This women's beautiful belted blouse jacket has a loose fitting long mid length tunic top style, with a inner dickey front panel insert, side snap closures, an open front, attached belt and long tapered sleeves. The top measures 31 inches long, with a 40 inch waist, 36 inch bust and 13 inch back. It is in good wearable condition, with only a few faint small stains on the sleeve, some missing stitching on the front insert and 2 loose buttons which need reattaching (see close-up). This is a wonderful piece of Arts & Crafts wearable art! $150 |
