This amazing Art Deco vintage gold metallic lamé lace drop waist flapper dress dates from the 1920s. It is made of a sheer gold metallic thread lamé lace Art Deco abstract floral pattern fabric. This fabulous flapper style loose fitting drop waist dress is sleeveless, with a rounded scoop neckline trimmed with gold lamé edging, side snap closures and a pleated full skirt with scalloped hemline. It is sheer and unlined. The dress measures 43 inches long, with a 30 inch waist and 34 inch bust. It is in good wearable condition, with two small split frays on the back top and under the arms (see close-ups). This is truly a wonderful rare piece of Art Deco wearable textile art!
