This vintage turquoise blue silk pastel floral embroidered fringe round piano shawl dates from the 1920s. It is made of a light turquoise blue color silk fabric round center, with varying shades of pastel colors done in silk raised padded satin stitch hand embroidery work garland flowers along one side edging. There is turquoise blue hand knotted silk fringe which measures 22 inches long surrounding the entire shawl. The shawls fabric round center measures 148 inches in circumference. This beautiful bohemian Art Deco flapper shawl is in good useable condition, with only some faint discoloration in the center (see close-up). It has a unique rare round shape style. This is a wonderful piece of wearable textile art!
