It is made of an off white cream color silk fabric background, with colorful pastel silk raised padded satin stitch hand embroidery work. There is a lavishly lush floral foliage vine leaf, butterfly and bird dense design completely covering the shawl. The design has a variety of colorful Chinese style pheasant, peacock birds, butterflies and flowers, chrysanthemums, cherry blossoms. There is a fabulous hand knotted macramé cream color silk fringe which measures 27 inches long surrounding the entire shawl with rounded corners. The shawls fabric square measures 52 by 52 inches.
