This vintage Naitan Juchitan weavers and dogs hand painted Mexican circle skirt dates from the 1950s. It is made of a cotton fabric, with a bright vibrant colorful hand painted air brushed silk screen design, with Mayan women weaving cloth on a traditional belt loom accompanied by friendly dogs in a village setting. It is signed in the corner "Juchitan". This fabulous full circle skirt has a wrap around style closure with an adjustable inner and outer tie sash. There is a "Naitan Creaciones Hand Painted Made in Mexico" label and size Large tag inside. The skirt measures 35 inches long, with a 32 inch waistband and 200 inch bottom skirt circumference. This stunning skirt has wonderful graphic art work, is in good wearable condition and looks to have never been worn. It is a great piece of wearable Mexican textile art!
