This antique Edwardian Titanic era blue beaded bodice dress yoke neck collar trim dates from 1912. It is made of hand beaded iridescent blue beading on a black sheer net backing. There is a decorative ornate floral leaf design, with a faceted bead center and beaded fringe hanging down the front. This exquisitely embellished beaded piece would have been used on a ladies dress bodice yoke collar neckline. The beading measures 14 inches wide and 21 inches long from front to back. It is in good condition, with only two small holes on the back lappet (see close-up). This could be used for study, pattern, or design. It would also make for an interesting opulent neck piece necklace. This is truly a wonderful piece of antique beaded wearable art!
