This vintage Art Deco pale pink silk chiffon velvet rosette applique beaded flapper dress dates from the 1920s. It is made of a pale pink pastel sheer silk chiffon fabric, with pink velvet rosette flower applique trim and crystal pink beading. This fabulous flapper dress is loose fitting with a drop waist, sleeveless, with a rounded scoop neckline, a scalloped hemline skirt and has side snaps for closure. It has been relined in a pink silk slip sewn inside with a pink lace trim hemline. The dress measures 41 inches long, with 30 inch hips, a 30 inch waist and 34 inch bust. It is in good wearable condition, but does have several mended repairs and reinforcing along the side closure and shoulders (see close-ups). There are a scattering of small faint stains. This would be great for design and is a wonderful wearable piece of Art Deco beaded textile art!
