This vintage Art Deco white silk black embroidered fringe drop waist flapper dress dates from the 1920s. It is made of a white silk satin fabric, with decorative black silk embroidered slip stitching and fringe trim on the sleeves. This fabulous flapper dress is loose fitting, with a drop waist, black velvet silk gold lamé flower trim, shoulder straps, open sleeves and side hook closures. The dress measures 49 inches long, with 38 inch hips, waist and bust. It is in good wearable condition, but does have a few small faint age spot stains. This would be great for design and is a wonderful wearable piece of Art Deco textile art! $200 |
