This vintage DuBarry raspberry rose silk crepe sequin beaded belted evening gown dress dates from the 1940s. It is made of a raspberry rose color silk crepe fabric, with matching sequin pearl beaded soutache rope decorative trim on the front top done in a floral vine leaf design. This elegant evening gown floor length dress has broad shoulder padding, short cap sleeves, a V front neckline with gathering, matching fabric belt, long full skirt with pleated draping and side zipper closure. There is "A Du Barry Fashion New York" designer label sewn inside. The dress measures 60 inches long, with 38 inch hips, a 28 inch waist and 38 inch bust. It is in good clean condition. This is a wonderful piece of wearable art!
