This vintage Art Deco white pleated taffeta hooded opera cloak cape dates from the 1930s. It is made of a white pleated taffeta fabric, with quilted stitching around the top and shoulders. This exquisite evening opera cloak cape has a hooded back, broad shoulders and a green bakelite triangle shape button for closure at the neck. The cape measures 32 inches long, 16 inches across the shoulders and 44 inches wide. It is in good wearable condition, with only some crazing on the bakelite button.
