There are two large black silk fringed tassels hanging down from each side. This beautiful boa, neck collar style small stole scarf measures 38 inches long, with additional 9 inch long tassels on the ends. It is in good condition, with only some slight molting of feathers. This is a wonderful piece of antique Victoriana wearable art!
