This antique Edwardian era white cotton batiste lace over blouse graduation tea dress dates from 1910. It is made of a sheer fine white cotton batiste lawn fabric, with pleated gathers and crochet lace cut work inserts. This lovely lace long floor length dress has an over blouse top style jacket, V neckline, lace collar and hook closures down the front. It is lined inside the top only. The dress measures 60 inches long, with 40 inch hips, a 24 inch waist, 36 inch bust and 14 inch back. It is in good condition. This is a wonderful piece of romantically feminine Edwardian antique textile art which could be worn as a wedding gown or graduation dress!
