This vintage chocolate brown silk chiffon peplum ruffle belted drop waist dress dates from the 1920s. It is made of a chocolate brown color sheer silk chiffon fabric, with brown velvet bow trim on the shoulder and a ribbon tie sash belt. This beautiful brown dress is loose fitting, with a drop waist, ruffle shawl collar, long sheer sleeves, a ruffled flounce peplum skirted waist and is fully lined inside. The dress measures 48 inches long, with 38 inch hips, a 34 inch waist, 36 inch bust and 22 inch long sleeves. It is in good condition, with only a few tiny pin holes on one sleeve. This is a wonderful piece of wearable art!
