This lovely lace fichu pelerine collar cape short shawl has a small collar, long lappet front ends which could be crossed at the front, tied in the back and would have been worn for modesty. The cape measures 53 inches in circumference at the top, 76 inches along the bottom and is 15 inches wide. It is in good as found condition, which has not been cleaned, with a few small age spot stains and tiny holes (see close-ups).
