This wonderful winter evening opera coat jacket has a loose fitting style, with flared uneven skirt bottom, long full dolman sleeves, neck tie sash trim and a single gold button closure on the bottom front. It is unlined and has a "Marshall Field & Company Exclusives Modes" store label sewn inside. The coat measures 32 inches long in the front, 36 inches long in the back, with 54 inch hips, a 54 inch waist and 54 inch bust. It is in good condition, with only a few small faint age spots stains on the sleeves. This is a truly a wonderful piece of wearable antique textile art!
