It is made of an iridescent shimmering floral print silk velvet fabric top, with a colorful rainbow sheer silk chiffon skirt underneath and silver gray chiffon skirt overlay. This fabulous flapper fairy inspired dress has a full slip, with an uneven asymmetrical handkerchief hemline skirt, longer in the back and separate sleeveless print velvet top with side snap closures on both. There is a "Fashioned by Peggy Paige New York" designer label sewn inside the slip dress. The dress measures 52 inches long, with a 28 inch waist and 34 inch bust. The top measures 21 inches long, with a 30 inch waist and 34 inch bust. It is in good condition, with only the silk ribbon shoulder straps frayed and needing to be replaced.
