It is made of an off white ivory color silk satin fabric, with rhinestones and silver beading done in a floral starburst design.

This vintage Art Deco white silk rhinestone silver beaded fringe flapper drop waist dress dates from the 1920s. It is made of an off white ivory color silk satin fabric, with rhinestones and silver beading done in a floral starburst design. This fabulous flapper dress has a loose fitting drop waist style, sleeveless, with a scalloped layered fringe skirt and fringe trim back. The dress measures 44 inches long, with 40 inch hips, a 40 inch waist and 40 inch bust. It is in as-is fair condition, with damage to the shoulders from the weight needing some reinforcing restoration, one shoulder has been cut and the other is weak with fraying and a few missing rhinestones. The rest of the dress is in good condition. It would be great for design, restoration or remade. This is truly an amazing piece of wearable Art Deco beaded textile art!
