This antique Edwardian era cream silk striped net lace black jet beaded dress dates from 1910. It is made of an off white cream color sheer silk striped fabric, with embroidered net lace and black jet beaded trim accents. This lovely lace dress has a pouter pigeon front bodice blouse, with a high neck collar lace yoke, 3/4 length sleeves, lined in net and has hook closures on the back. The top measures 18 inches long, with a 34 inch waist, 38 inch bust, 16 inch back and 14 inch long sleeves. There is a matching fabric long floor length skirt, with belted back ribbon streamer sash, jet beaded trim, unlined and hook closures on the back. The skirt measures 42 inches long, with a 32 inch waist. It is in good condition, but has not been cleaned, with several small faint age spots stains. This is truly an exceptional quality custom made piece of wearable art!
