This vintage Edwardian era white net embroidered tambour lace pearl beaded dress dates from 1915. It is made of a sheer fine white net, with embroidered tambour lace work done in a floral pattern design and pearl beaded sleeve cuffs. This lovely lace summer dress has a scalloped low plunging front neckline, short sleeves, a fitted waistband, mid length skirt with scalloped hemline and snap closures on the front. It is sheer, unlined and missing an overlay top which would have attached with snaps, some snaps still remain on the dress (see close-up). The dress measures 47 inches long, with a 22 inch waist, 34 inch bust and 12 inch back. It is in good condition. This is a wonderful piece of wearable antique lace textile art!
