This vintage Art Deco black silk net sequin beaded drop waist flapper dress dates from the 1920s. It is made of a black silk satin fabric underdress, with a sheer black net overlay and black sequin beading covering it. This fabulous flapper dress is loose fitting, with a drop waist, 3/4 length sleeves, with soutache braided rope trim cuffs, a V front neckline, layered tiered scalloped hemline net skirt and belted sash. The dress is a large size measuring 44 inches long, with 46 inch hips, a 44 inch waist, 40 inch bust, 13 inch back and 19 inch long sleeves. It is in good as-is condition, with a few small frayed holes on the net shoulders and missing some sequins in areas. This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable Art Deco textile art!
