This vintage Hale Hawaii red Hawaiian tapa print cotton sarong dress, stole wrap shawl dates from the 1950s. It is made of a red Hawaiian tapa cloth print cotton fabric. This retro Hawaiian sexy sarong style strapless wiggle dress is form fitting, with a wrap side tie skirt, elastic stretch gathering along the sides and a back zipper closure. There is an "Original By Hale Hawaii Made in Hawaii' label and size 16 tag sewn inside. The dress measures 33 inches long, with 36 inch hips, a 24 inch waist and 34 inch bust. Included is a matching fabric stole wrap shrug shawl with pleating, which attaches with button loops inside the front top on one side (see close-up). The stole measures 54 inches long and is 15 inches wide. It is in good condition. This is truly a wonderful piece of collectable Hawaiiana vintage textile art!
