This vintage Mollie Parnis heart novelty print silk circle skirt peplum suit jacket dress dates from the 1950s. It is made of a navy blue silk rayon fabric background, with a pink abstract Valentine hearts novelty print design. This stunning two piece outfit has a suit jacket, with a fold over lapel collar, scalloped trim edging, long sleeves with rolled cuffs, a peplum style skirted waist and button down closure.
