This vintage Miss Hollywood Jr. Filmland Creation Western novelty print rayon dress belted suit dates from 1940. It is made of a rayon fabric, with a pale pinkish tint background, black print and black trim. The unique novelty print fabric has classic Hollywood Wild West Western graphics with cowboys, can-can dance hall girls, miners panning for gold, silver dollar coin, cards, dice, covered chuck wagons, mules, horses, bucking broncos, Union Pacific Railroad train engineer and then the modern twist with automobiles and airplanes. There is "A Filmland Creation Miss Hollywood Jr. Copyrighted 1935" label sewn inside the top. This fabulous three piece suit outfit has a shirt blouse style jacket, with long sleeves, fabric covered buttons down the front for closure, a pleated peplum skirted waist with black trim bottom and black fabric belt with buckle closure. The top measures 27 inches long, with 36 inch hips, a 26 inch waist, 36 inch bust and 15 inch back. There is a matching fabric skirt, with side zipper closure. The skirt measures 29 inches long, with 36 inch hips and a 26 inch waist. The outfit is in good clean condition, with only slight faint underarm discoloration and a few small faint stains (see close-up). This is truly a rare and amazing piece of vintage Hollywood Western movie wearable art!
