It is made of a Sanganer India style of hand block printed cotton muslin fabric with a bright colorful ethnic floral vine leaf print design.

This vintage Tabak of California Sanganer India hand block print cotton circle skirt dress dates from the 1950s. It is made of a Sanganer India style of hand block printed cotton muslin fabric with a bright colorful ethnic floral vine leaf print design. This sensational summer sun dress two piece outfit has a blue blouse short cropped top, with a wrap front style sash tie belt closure, short cap sleeves and fold over collar. The top measures 18 inches long, with an adjustable tie waist and 36 inch bust. Included is a full circle skirt, with pleating around the waist, a matching blue fabric on the front panel and bottom hem trim, with button closure waistband. The skirt measures 29 inches long, with a 26 inch waist. There is a "Tabak of California" label sewn inside both and a size 12 tag. It is in good condition, only missing one button inside the skirt waistband. This is truly a wonderful piece of boho style wearable art!
