It is made of a creamy off white background with colorful purple lilacs, orange pansies floral print silk velvet fabric. This pretty print dress has a loose fitting drop waist slip, with a sheer net sleeveless top, plunging V necklines, gathered pleated front short skirt and snap closures.

This vintage lilacs and pansies floral print velvet drop waist dress slip and blouse dates from the 1920s.
