This vintage cream crochet filet lace wood beaded rosette drop waist flapper dress dates from the 1920s. It is made of an off white cream color sheer fishnet crochet filet lace fabric, with a reddish color wood beading outlining the lace pattern. This lovely lace fabulous flapper dress has a layered, loose fitting, drop waist style, with short cap sleeves, pastel silk ombre ribbon work rosettes with wood beaded center trim along the side waist and is fully lined in a cream color sheer silk chiffon slip lining inside. The dress measures 50 inches long, with 40 inch hips, a 34 inch waist and 36 inch bust. It is in good condition, with only a few missing, loose beads and some tiny holes on the back net skirt and waist area (see close-up). This is truly a rare and wonderful piece of wearable lace art!
