It is made of a sheer cream color cotton net with tape lace appliques, battenburg connecting brides & bars creating a floral vine leaf design pattern. This lovely lace large shawl style collar pelerine has a wide circular shape, with a scalloped bottom edging, open front with no closure and is sheer, completely unlined. The collar measures 66 inches in circumference along the bottom, 15 inches inside the neck and is 12 inches long. It is in excellent condition. This is truly a wonderful piece of antique lace textile art!
