This exquisite vintage Edwardian era antique white Irish crochet tape lace tail coat jacket bell sleeve dates from 1910. It is made of a white Irish crochet lace with raised three dimensional flower, leaf designs, connecting thread picot ornamented bars and detailed meshwork. This lovely lace tail coat jacket is a long mid length, loose fitting with a cutaway bottom front, longer tail back, 3/4 length full sleeves with a wide flared bell cuff, scalloped edge trim open front with no closure and is sheer, totally unlined. The coat measures 30 inches long, with 36 inch hips, a 34 inch waist, 36 inch bust and 15 inch back. It is in good condition, with only a small hole, break in the lace on the front top (see close-up). This is truly an amazing, exceptional, quality made piece of wearable antique lace art!
