This vintage white tulle net embroidered French knot lace drop waist dress dates from the 1920s. It is made of a white sheer tulle net lace fabric with raised padded satin stitch, French knot embroidery whitework done in a beautiful lush floral vine leaf pattern. This lovely lace dress is loose fitting, with a drop waist, sleeveless and is sheer, lined only in net with a camisole top sewn inside. The dress measures 41 inches long, with 40 inch hips, a 40 inch waist and 36 inch bust. It is in good condition, with only a few tiny pine holes on the back neck (see close-up). This is truly an exquisite piece of wearable lace art!
