Vintage Edwardian Antique White Bobbin Lace Long Coat Jacket This exquisite vintage Edwardian era antique white bobbin lace long coat jacket dates from 1910.

This exquisite vintage Edwardian era antique white bobbin lace long coat jacket dates from 1910. It is made of a hand made white Battenburg bobbin lace created with woven cloth stitch tapes, bobbin made connecting double brides, heavy cordonnet outlines, with decorative spiral, floral and leaf scroll work designs. This lovely lace coat jacket is a long mid length, with an open front, no closure, long full flared wide bell shaped sleeves, scalloped edge trim and is sheer completely unlined. The coat measures 30 inches long, with 40 inch hips, a 34 inch waist, 36 inch bust, 14 1/2 inch back and 14 inch long sleeves. It is in excellent condition, only missing the closures which are included 4 crochet buttons that can be added sewn on (see close-up). This is truly an amazing, exceptional, quality made piece of wearable antique lace art!
