It is made of a bright French rose pink color silk wool blend fabric, with an off white cream color tambour embroidery net lace ruffle trim flounce waistband, cuffs and a sheer floral daisy pattern lace yoke top with cutout floral appliques around the collar.

This antique Victorian era French rose pink silk wool white lace ruffle trim bodice shirt top dates from 1890. It is made of a bright French rose pink color silk wool blend fabric, with an off white cream color tambour embroidery net lace ruffle trim flounce waistband, cuffs and a sheer floral daisy pattern lace yoke top with cutout floral appliques around the collar. This beautiful bodice shirt top, has a high neck band collar, long full sleeves with gathering, lace trim cuffs, a fitted V waistband, slight pouter pigeon front, back hook closures and is fully lined inside. The bodice measures 20 inches long, with a 24 inch waist, 38 inch bust and 16 inch back. It is in good condition, but has not been cleaned, with a few small faint age spot stains on the lace front yoke top (see close-up). This is truly a wonderful piece of Victoriana wearable art!
