Vintage Haute Couture Athens Label Pink Silk Beaded Lace Trim Dress Suit Jacket
This vintage Haute Couture Athens label pink raw silk beaded lace trim dress and suit jacket dates from the 1960s. It is made of a pink pastel raw silk fabric, with white beading and ecru cream color lace appliqué trim accents. This pretty pink Jackie Kennedy Onassis inspired two piece suit outfit has a short mid length loose fitting boxy coat jacket, with 3/4 length sleeves, decorative fabric covered button closures down the front and is fully lined. The jacket measures 20 inches long, with a 38 inch waist and 40 inch bust. There is a matching fabric embellished sleeveless shift style cocktail mini dress, with a short pleated front skirt, back zipper closure and is fully lined. The dress measures 34 inches long, with 38 inch hips, a 30 inch waist and 38 inch bust. There is a "C. Meinropoulos Haute Couture Athens" designer label sewn inside and the outfit is beautifully constructed. It is in excellent condition. This is truly a wonderful piece of quality made haute couture wearable art!
