This vintage Ellen Hauptli black and white print silk Fortuny style pleated obi belted blouse, skirt dress dates from the 1990s. It is made of a black, white and red abstract geometric circular, striped diamond pattern print silk fabric with Fortuny style pleating throughout. This amazing artistic 3 piece dress has a loose fitting blouse, with long full sleeves and red rolled hemmed trim edges. The top measures 21 inches long, with a 30 inch waist and 36 inch bust. There is a matching pleated fabric skirt, with a red trimmed curled rolled hemmed bottom and elastic waistband. The skirt measures 33 inches long, with 36 inch hips and a 30 inch waist. It comes with a matching pleated fabric obi style wide belt which could also be used as a neck scarf and measures 9 inches wide, with a 30 inch waist. There is a "Ellen Hauptli" designer label sewn inside. It is in excellent condition. This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable art!
