This vintage Art Deco colorful abstract print silk chiffon drop waist dress and jacket dates from the 1920s. It is made of an ecru cream color background with pops of colorful abstract floral print designs on the sheer silk chiffon fabric. This fabulous flapper dress is loose fitting, with a drop waist, sleeveless top, an uneven handkerchief hemline skirt and is sheer, unlined. The dress is a large size measuring 49 inches long, with 44 inch hips, a 34 inch waist and 40 inch bust. There is a matching fabric coat jacket, with long sleeves, flared cuffs, an open front with tie waist closure and is sheer, unlined. The jacket measures 27 inches long, with 40 inch hips, a 34 inch waist, 40 inch bust and 25 inch long sleeves. The dress is in good condition and the jacket has a few frayed rips under the arms (see close-up). This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable art!
