This vintage cream chantilly lace belted bias cut dress wedding gown and pink silk slip dates from the 1930s. It is made of an off white cream color delicate fine sheer soft silk chantilly lace net fabric, with a floral vine leaf pattern design. This beautiful bias cut dress has a long floor length full skirt, high lace neckline yoke, short cap sleeves, plunging V back with lace shawl flounce collar, matching lace fabric belt with silver rhinestone buckle clasp closure and is sheer, unlined. The dress measures 60 inches long, with 36 inch hips, a 30 inch waist and 38 inch bust. Included is a pink pastel silk full slip underneath. It is in good as-is condition, with a few small mended patch repairs underneath the skirt, under the arms and a few scattered small frayed breaks in the lace. This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable lace art which could be worn as a wedding gown! |
