This beautiful blue dress has a loose fitting drop waist style, with an open front print panel insert, rounded peter pan fold over collar, neck tie closure with Venetian glass millefiori beaded ends, short sleeves and a ruffle bottom short skirt. The dress measures 37 inches long, with 38 inch hips, a 38 inch waist and 38 inch bust. It is in good condition, with only a mended repair on the underarm seam and an open seam needing stitching on the skirt ruffle. This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable art!
