This vintage NY Creation red, black and white clover flower novelty print rayon dress dates from the 1940s. It is made of a red rayon fabric with a black and white clover flower print design. This pretty novelty print dress has a fitted waist, with bow trim accents on the front, slight shoulder padding, short sleeves, a V front wrap neckline and side zipper closure. There is a "New York Creation N.Y. Dress Institute" label sewn inside. The dress measures 39 inches long, with a 24 inch waist and 34 inch bust. It is in good as-is condition, with some faint discoloration under the arms, a small hole on the shoulder and a woven stitched repair under the arm, shoulder (see close-up). This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable art!
