This amazing Art Deco vintage black silk chiffon lattice rhinestone beaded handkerchief flapper dress dates from the 1920s. It is made of a sheer black silk chiffon fabric, with clear crystal, silver, white and rhinestone beading done in a decorative criss crossing lattice beaded strips pattern and scalloped, scrolling, spiral designs. This fabulous flapper dress has a loose fitting, drop waist style, with a beaded yoke rounded neckline, lattice front panel top backed in a nude silk fabric, short cap sleeves, an uneven handkerchief hemline skirt and is fully lined. The dress measures 48 inches long, with 36 inch hips, a 36 inch waist and 38 inch bust. It is in excellent condition. This is truly a wonderful piece of Art Deco wearable beaded textile art!
