Vintage White Silk Crepe de Chine Pearl Beaded Wedding Gown Dress Train Skirt
This vintage white silk crepe de chine pearl beaded wedding gown dress long train skirt dates from the 1940s. It is made of a white sheer silk crepe de chine fabric, with beaded pearls scattered throughout and white silk embroidered beaded appliqué trim on the shoulders. This beautiful bridal wedding gown dress has a sweetheart neckline, slightly padded shoulders, short puffy sleeves, a fitted waist, very long back train skirt with loop for carrying, silk covered button back closures and is sheer, unlined. The dress measures 53 inches long in the front, 89 inches long in the back, a 26 inch waist and 34 inch bust. It is in good condition, but has not been cleaned, with faint underarm discoloration, 3 small yellow stains on the back train skirt and a few missing buttons (see close-ups). This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable WWII wedding bridal art!
