This vintage Jonathan Logan navy blue houndstooth cotton circle skirt halter dress dates from the 1950s. It is made of a navy blue and white cotton fabric with a houndstooth pattern print. This sensational summer sun dress has a halter top style with button back neck strap, a full circle skirt with pockets, matching fabric belt, side zipper closure and is unlined, with stays, boning sewn inside. There is a "Jonathan Logan" designer label and still has the original paper tags attached for the 1950-1951 Fashion Academy Award. The dress measures 46 inches long, with a 28 inch waist and 34 inch bust and has a size 15 tag. It is in excellent condition, NWT, never worn, not cleaned and has a few faint small age spot stains from storage on the back top and skirt. This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable art!
