This vintage girls white sheer tulle net soutache ribbon embroidery drop waist dress dates from the 1920s. It is made of a white sheer tulle mesh net fabric with soutache ribbon embroidery work done in a raised garland scalloped circular rosette pattern design on the front neck and around the bottom skirt. This girls pretty party dress has a loose fitting drop waist style, with raised scalloped trim side hips, neckline short sleeve cuffs,a key hole opening back with button closures and is sheer, unlined. The dress measures 30 inches long, with a 30 inch waist and 30 inch bust. It is in good condition, with only a tiny pin hole on the skirt. This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable art!
