This antique Edwardian era pleated pink cotton silk moire gold embroidered lace collar dress gown dates from 1910. It is made of a pale pastel pink rose color cotton blend silk moire watered pattern fabric, with gold metallic knotted buttons, embroidered trim and an off white cream color net lace yoke high neck collar insert and cuffs. This pretty pink dress has a layered embellished top, with high collar, long full pleated sleeves, a fitted waist, with separate sash belt, rosette metallic stamens on the back, a long full pleated skirt, hook closures down the back and the top is fully lined. The dress measures 54 inches long, with a 28 inch waist, 36 inch bust and 12 inch neck. It is in good condition, but has not been cleaned, with slight underarm discoloration, some staining along the bottom skirt hem and fraying on the top edging of the collar. This is truly a wonderful quality made piece of wearable art!
