This vintage French silk damask brocade rhinestone beaded evening gown dress dates from the 1920s. It is made of a luxurious 18th century inspired French silk damask jacquard weave brocade fabric with a pink background, pastel woven flowers and rhinestone beaded trim accents on the back neckline and around the waist. This gorgeous elegant evening gown dress has a high low back skirt with layered tiered ruffle side drape, weighted hemline, plunging V necklines, sleeveless, a fitted waist, newer replaced plastic side snap closures and is unlined. The dress measures 50 inches long in the front, 59 inches long in the back, with 38 inch hips, a 28 inch waist and 34 inch bust. It is in good as-is condition, needing some minor restoration, with only a few faint small stains on the front top, a tiny frayed split near the front neckline shoulder area and some loose rhinestone trim (see close-ups). This is truly a rare and exceptional piece of quality, custom made wearable 18th century style textile art!
