It is made of an off white cream color sheer tulle net fabric with raised padded satin stitch and French knot embroidery work done in a floral vine leaf design and rose pattern filet lace trim edging accents.

This vintage cream net embroidered French knot filet lace pink silk slip drop waist dress dates from the 1920s. It is made of an off white cream color sheer tulle net fabric with raised padded satin stitch and French knot embroidery work done in a floral vine leaf design and rose pattern filet lace trim edging accents. This lovely lace dress is loose fitting, has a lace trim drop waist, long tapered sleeves with fitted lace cuffs, a lace trim rounded scoop neckline, a high side slit skirt and is fully lined with a pink silk chiffon slip sewn inside. The dress measures 43 inches long, with 40 inch hips, a 38 inch waist, 40 inch bust and 25 inch long sleeves. It is in good condition, but has not been cleaned, with faint underarm discoloration and a small stain on the front top (see close-up). This is truly an exquisite piece of wearable lace art!
