This beautiful black short cropped cape evening shawl capelet has a high neck band collar with velvet flower trim accents on the front, a snap closure at the neck and is fully lined. The cape measures 13 inches long, with a 14 inch neck and is 16 inches across the back shoulders. It is in fair as-is condition, with some small crush marks on the velvet fabric which has not been steamed, fraying along the edging of the top collar, with a small mended repair on the side of the collar, some small faint stains, tiny holes on the inside silk lining. This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable art!
