This antique Edwardian era cream color linen filet lace tea gown dress dates from 1910. It is made of a cream color heavy quality made woven linen fabric, lightly starched, with filet lace fabric inserts. This lovely linen and lace tea gown dress has a high neck collar with braided trim edging, 3/4 length sleeves, a sheer filet lace front bodice, fitted waist with linen buckle trim front, a long floor length skirt with back pleat center panel, buttons down the back for closure and is sheer, unlined. The dress measures 56 inches long, with a 36 inch bust and 26 inch waist. It is in good as-is condition, has not been cleaned with small faint stains on the front skirt, slight underarm discoloration, a few mended repairs and small frayed split on the sleeve cuffs (see close-up). This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable art!
